Neste MY Sustainable Aviation Fuel is already available at many airports in Europe, North America and Asia, and supplied to many commercial airlines and business aviation operators, either direct from Neste or through distributors supplied by Neste .
Neste MY SAF is made from waste and renewable raw materials from sustainable sources. The fuel offers an immediate solution to reducing direct greenhouse gas emissions from flying, as it can reduce greenhouse gas emissions by up to 80%* compared to using fossil fuel.
Jetflite seized the opportunity when Neste suggested using their SAF as a way to accelerate the business in a more sustainable direction.
“It is important to work together to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Together we can achieve our goals to improve more sustainable aviation,” said Tuomas Kulola, Head of Sales, Marketing and Services at Neste.
“Many of our corporate and public sector customers have sustainability programs where they are committed to certain emissions reductions. Charter flights are part of this equation. With our SAF-operated flights, we can now offer our customers a tangible way to reduce emissions and achieve their goals,” said Jan Lindholm, Jetflite Sales Director.
