Deloitte’s annual Wisconsin 75 list honors Wisconsin’s largest private companies. Wisconsin 75 winners are selected based on annual revenue. JX’s corporate strategies integrate diversity, inclusion and equity to increase innovation and improve equity.
To be eligible for Wisconsin 75 recognition from Deloitte, companies must be majority owned by one or more individuals, a family, an employee stock ownership plan, or a private equity firm. State-owned enterprises are eligible when more than 50 percent of the value or vote of the shares is owned by individuals, family, employee stock ownership plan, or private equity. In addition, businesses must have annual sales of at least $ 50,000. Wisconsin 75 excludes co-ops and accounting, tax, legal, and consulting firms.
